Hello!! so while in school, i always ate 2 eggs for my breakfast and sort of lost a little bit of weight (i reached 65kg when the first term started and during the second term of school, i weighed around 60-61kg) i was thinking of eating eggs for my breakfast, lunch & oatmeal during the night it's similar to the egg diet in yt, but idk if it's safe or not i've tried calorie deficit + 1hr.
